Absolutely filthy here, floors and tables were full of rubbish. We was here for nearly a hour customers coming and going not busy enough to have an excuse that no tables were cleaned. Bin was full the lady emptied the bin but left the rubbish, split drink and sugar over the top and didn’t bother to clean this. The toilet was disgusting. Spilt drinks, rubbish and food all over the floors. Outside there was rubbish all over the tables and floors. I spoke to a supervisor and mentioned that it was so dirty there she wasn’t friendly or apologetic at all and just said they were backed up with so much to do and that they were closing soon so it would be cleaned. I said we’ve been here nearly a hour I’ve not seen one of you come to wipe a table or clean the floors. The same lady who changed the bin was stocking up the drinks which had enough stock in and shouldn’t have been priority over customers having to sit at dirty tables. I would never eat from somewhere so dirty and would not come back here.

I am a regular at Greggs in brislington but the shop seems to be going down hill. I have been there multiple times and the bakes are always under cooked and raw... I know this as I have a friend that works in Greggs and I know the standards should be better. I got served today by mark, he was so rude, no customer service skills and stood there with his arms crossed like he was hating life. I have also been served by Annette and as a manager I think she should know better how to serve in a polite manner whereas she is abrupt and direct. Very disappointing and seems to be a regular thing for that shop now
